However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, then at this time, we only offer an exchange (of equal or lesser value) or store credit within 7 days of your package being delivered once it has met our exchange requirements. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery date, then unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit. Unfortunately, we do not issue any refunds for returns due to the volume of our products.
Items using discount promo codes, clearance and sale items are final sale, no exceptions. Undergarments, leggings, accessories, and white items are ALL final sale. Final sale items will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
Please be aware that the items returned must have original tags, contain no stains, must be odor-free and be in their original condition. We will accept returns for exchange of equal or lesser value or store credit only if the item(s) is eligible to be resold. Exchange items are all final sale.
Our team tries to carefully inspect all items before shipping to make it highly unlikely for our customers to receive damaged merchandise. However, in the event your product is received damaged (not from shipping or opening your package), please contact us within 7 days of your purchase being delivered for store credit.
All returned items will also be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the customer will not receive a store credit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/store credit.
Once approved, we will provide the return address via email.
Please include your packing slip with your return items. We will email you as soon as we receive your package. Please note that the customer is responsible to pay for ALL shipping fees including the cost to ship the exchange item. Shipping fees are not refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50 please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
