UPDATED SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you so much for shopping with Lovely P.U.S.H Boutique and supporting us! At this time we currently ship to all U.S. territories and the shipping takes 2 - 14 business days.
On the individual product detail page, you will see the estimated shipping time for each product.
- Shipping time is 2-5 business days for products coming from our in-house warehouses.
- Shipping time is 7-14 business days for products coming from our 3rd party fulfillment center.
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Starting October, 22 2022 Standard Shipping will now be $7, this is due to the increase in rates.
- $7.00 - Standard Shipping (3-14 business days)
- Free - Standard Shipping on orders over $75
- Free - Local Pickup Customers ONLY near the Dallas, Texas area
Customers will be sent a shipping confirmation and tracking number when order is shipped. Please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for up to 48 hours in the mailing system. Also, please allow up to 2 weeks from ship date for delivery, delays may occur due to COVID 19.
3RD PARTY FULFILLMENT PRODUCTS
Items that are noted in their description "Shipping time: 7-14 business days" will be shipped from our 3rd party distribution center. In the event your order includes item(s) marked for 3rd party and item(s) unmarked for 3rd party, you will receive 2 or more separate packages. (this is a similar process as Amazon) Items fulfilled from our 3rd party fulfillment center ship time ranges from 7-14 business days and will not be able to ship Priority Mail. For orders that include 3rd party fulfillment items and in-house fulfillment items, will be shipped separately. If you prefer to wait and receive all of your items at once, please make a note on your order at checkout.
Due to high demand our products sell out quickly and are sometimes available for pre-order. Pre-order dates are estimated based on factory estimations and can sometimes come before or after the specified date. Orders that include pre-order items as well as in stock items will automatically be shipped separately. If you would like to receive all of your items at once they're all in stock, please make a note on your order at checkout.
COVID 19 SHIPPING NOTICE:
As we are processing each order received, you may experience a delay with the delivery of your order. We asked for your patience and understanding during this time. Unfortunately we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with the carrier responsible for delivering your package.
