We offer Local Pickup, USPS Standard, and USPS Priority Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Standard ship time for U.S. orders is 4-8 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office. Priority ship time is 2-4 business days.
- $5.00 - Standard Shipping via USPS (4-8 business days)
- $8.00 - Priority Shipping via USPS (2-4 business days)
- Free - Standard Shipping on orders over $75 via USPS (4-8 business days)
- Free - Local Pickup Customers ONLY in Dallas, Texas (the site is defaulting to our mailing address which is an error, the correct location for pickup will be confirmed via email once your order is complete)
Customers will be sent a shipping confirmation and tracking number when order is shipped. Please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for up to 48 hours in the USPS system. Also, please allow up to 2 weeks from ship date for delivery, delays may occur due to COVID 19.
3RD PARTY FULFILLMENT PRODUCTS
Items that are noted in their description "product fulfilled from 3rd party fulfillment center" will be shipped from our 3rd party distribution center. In the event your order includes item(s) marked for 3rd party and item(s) unmarked for 3rd party, you will receive 2 or more separate packages. (which is a similar process as Amazon) Items fulfilled from our 3rd party fulfillment center ship time ranges from 10-14 business days and will not be able to ship Priority Mail. For orders that include 3rd party fulfillment items and non 3rd party fulfillment items will be shipped Standard USPS. If you would like your non 3rd party fulfillment items to ship Priority, please place separate orders.
Due to high demand our products sell out quickly and are sometimes available for pre-order. Pre-order dates are estimated based on factory estimations and can sometimes come before or after the specified date. Orders that include pre-order items as well as in stock items will automatically be shipped separately. If you would like to receive all of your items at once when they're all in stock, please make a note on your order at checkout.
